Semolina – 1 cup (180 g)
Curd-½ cup (fractured)
Green coriander – 1 to 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 1 or 2 (Finely chopped)
Ginger Paste – ½ teaspoon
A salt-½ teaspoon or taste
Oil – 3 to 4 tablespoons
Take a large bowl of semolina. Add yogurt, ginger paste, green chillies, salt, cumin seeds and green coriander in it. Mix all the ingredients well. Make a batter of pulse-rice dose consisting of a little water in it. 1 cup water is used in the batter. Put the batter for 10 to 15 minutes that the semolina will grow.
