Kulcha – 5
Soya Nags – 1 Cup (65)
Tomatoes – 4 (350 g)
Ginger – 1 inch
Oil – Table spoon
Ghee – Table spoon
Green Coriander – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
Amchoor – ¼ teaspoon
Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Tea bag – 1
Salt – 1 teaspoon
To boil the soya nutri, put 2 to 2.5 cups of water in a vessel and keep it warm. Mix the tea bags, ½ teaspoon salt and soya
Filter the soya nutri and squeeze the water well.
Wash tomatoes, ginger and green chilies thoroughly and dry them and mix them in a mixer jar and prepare their paste.
Prepare the spices for soya nutrition. Place the pan on the gas and heat it by adding 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. When the oil is heated, add cumin seeds. After frying cumin, put tomato-ginger-green chili paste in it.
Now add green coriander, red chili powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, roast the spices until the oil floats on the spices.
The spices are ready to fry when the oil is separated from the spices. Mix in it by adding kasoori methi, garam masala and soy sauce and fry it a little bit. Now mix 1 table spoon of ghee and mix it. Now mix boiled soya nutri in this spice mix and mix ½ teaspoon of salt.
To make them a bit thin, add nutritious water and mix it. Add little green coriander and mix it, add 1 table spoon butter in it.
Put the pan on the heat to heat it, put some ghee in it and put the cottage on to the pan. Hold the Kulcha until it turns brown from both sides. Take out the kulchas heat in the plate. Prepare all the kulchas heat in such a way.
